DELIVERY INFORMATION: Postage and packaging costs within the UK are charged at a flat rate of £2.00 per order for goods up to the amount of £75 All orders of £75 and above will qualify for FREE P&P
We use Royal Mail and always obtain proof of postage for peace of mind. Some orders, for example those of a high value or with fragile contents may require a signature upon receipt, we will give notification before dispatch if this is the case.
We aim to process all orders received before 3.00pm on a working day within 48 hours. We will notify customers of any forseen delay as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock our system is set up to ensure you will not actually be able to purchase an out of stock item. If you would like further information on stock updates of a particular item, or if there is something you would like us to stock in the future please contact us, preferrably by email. We can't promise we'll stock everything, but if something is popular enough then we will try to find a supplier.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: **PLEASE NOTE** We can only accommodate small orders of £40 (GBP) and under. Please email us at: skattykats@fsmail.net before placing an order as our shipping default is set for UK deliveries only and we will need to send a seperate invoice for the extra shipping costs incurred for international deliveries. Any questions....please ask.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept most major credit and debit cards all transactions are processed through paypal which is both safe and secure. You may also use paypal funds or UK cheques or UK postal orders to pay for your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We only send goods out once cheques have cleared so please allow up to 5 working days for clearing with our bank.
RETURNS POLICY: We want you to feel confident about shopping with us at Skattykats. If you encounter any problems with your order or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to work with you to put the matter right. Please contact us as soon as possible if any such problems arise.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Please be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by ourselves (e.g . postage & packaging)
As soon as we receive notice of a cancellation of an order and the items have been returned to us in a timely manner and a resaleable and perfect condition i.e. unopened & in original packaging we will refund the purchase price for the item/items.
If you need to return any item/items to us, please re-package the goods securely and send them back to us within seven working days of the item/items being delivered to you. We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you are returning items for reasons other than damage or defects we will be happy to refund the price of the returned item/items (excluding post & packaging charges) providing they reach us within seven working days of receipt and in their original packaging and a resaleable condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
